Airpark.mk — Official Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. By making a reservation or using the parking services of Airpark.mk (“Airpark”, “we”, “our”), the client (“you”, “customer”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. Airpark.mk reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our official website and available at the parking facility.


2. Reservations and Payment

2.1. Reservations may be made online, by phone, by email, or in person.
2.2. Payments may be made online, via bank transfer, or on-site using a payment card.
2.3. Prices are calculated based on the actual time of entry, charged per 24-hour period.
2.4. All prices include VAT.


3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the reserved entry time.
3.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
3.3. No-show reservations are non-refundable.
3.4. In the case of canceled or delayed flights, please contact us — we will do our best to adjust your reservation when possible.


4. Arrival

4.1. Clients must plan their arrival at the parking lot and airport transfer with sufficient time.
4.2. Clients are responsible for allowing enough time for traffic, waiting times, or airport delays.
4.3. Airpark.mk is not responsible if the client misses their flight due to delays.


5. Shuttle Service

5.1. A free shuttle service operates 24/7 between Airpark.mk and Skopje International Airport.
5.2. Pickup locations and return procedures are explained during check-in.
5.3. Minor delays may occur during peak hours.


6. Vehicle Storage & Liability

6.1. Vehicles are parked at the client’s own risk.
6.2. Airpark.mk provides:

  • Secured entry/exit
  • 24/7 video surveillance
  • On-site staff presence
  • Well-lit parking areas

6.3. Airpark.mk is not responsible for:

  • Theft, attempted theft, or damage
  • Fire, floods, storms, or weather conditions
  • Damage caused by third parties
  • Mechanical failures, drained batteries, or flat tires

6.4. The client must:

  • Ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition
  • Lock the vehicle
  • Avoid leaving valuables visible
  • Avoid leaving flammable or prohibited items
  • Ensure there are no fluid or oil leaks

6.5. Airpark.mk staff may move vehicles within the facility if necessary (including emergency situations).


7. Electric Vehicle Charging

7.1. EV charging stations are available.
7.2. Charging must be requested in advance or upon arrival.
7.3. Airpark.mk is not responsible for incomplete or faulty charging.


8. Vehicle Pickup

8.1. After landing, once outside at the “HUG & FLY” area, the client must call our team. Airpark’s shuttle can remain in this zone for up to 10 minutes.
8.2. Return transfer is performed at the agreed meeting point.
8.3. Vehicles are handed over only to the person who made the reservation.


9. Force Majeure

Airpark.mk is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including:

  • Military or political actions
  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or protests
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Airport closures
  • Government regulations

10. Client Conduct

10.1. Clients must treat staff and other clients respectfully.
10.2. Abusive, violent, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate service denial and reporting to authorities.
10.3. Any damage caused by the client to third parties is the client’s responsibility.


11. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Basic Court Skopje.
